Here's the thing, people grow until they are age 18. And whether it gets bigger or not, you just have to accept how you were born. So it's to early to be thinking about your size right now, because yes, it will get bigger. And no, it's not small for that matter.

That is totally normal, perhaps even above average. Men continue to go through puberty for a long time. Sometimes to their early twenties, and the average size is 5.5 in anywatys.

The average size for a fully grown adult man is something like 5.5-6in so I wouldn't worry about anything :) Puberty will run its course and you'll probably end up well above average :)

Everyone grows at different rates so it could be huge before you're 15.. You never know.

i think you cant say you "small" or "big" really until you finsih puberty, like if you think your dicks small it can grow because you might not be done with puberty untill your 25. or you might have a really big dick at like 14, and then not grow that much. i think its like height, some get tall fast and then stop growing, others grow over time, and overs are late blumers and just out of no way grow another 3 inches like every couple mmonths, so basically at the moment for 13 i think its on the bigger side
