teeth grinding

for around the last week I have been grinding my teeth often at night. is there anything i can do to stop this?

Maybe wear a mouthgaurd? Or go see your dentist and get molds of your teeth made to wear at night. These are like a plastic layer that is the shame shape as your teeth and just fits over, its like what you wear after you get wire braces taken off.

Yeah, you ought go see a dentist. They can make a grind guard that'll minimize damage to your teeth.

im not at home, im in another country so the dentist would be really expensive, wouldnt it?

I have never done excatsy and I have the same problem all my life. I kinda want to use a pacifier for it but my parents would probably freak out over it.
