Fake tan is horrible. Eyeliner is beautiful.
It depends on their face. There's a model called Porphyria who wears loads of makeup, but because of her hair and face she can get away with it when alot of people would look like a makeup bag had thrown up on them.

I've know guys that can pull off eyeliner and other that wear blush. Any regular ol' Joe off of the street probably doesn't nee makeup. A lot of girls over do their mascara and it clumps and personally, I find it to be really ugly. I think Nicki Minaj looks good with her makeup

<- All natural. I don't wear makeup. When I come home I don't want to have to take off my human optical illusion. I want be able to take a shower and go to sleep without 30 minutes taking off a bunch of unnecessary makeup. Most girls at my school look like clowns using ever shade of the rainbow on their eyes and putting the most random colors together. I don't mind if your using like a concealer or some lipstick or small things but I don't want to see a completely different person when I come visit you at your house.

I think its fine on both guys and girls just as long as you dont over do it. Unless you're like a dragqueen or something because then that's your identity pretty much but on normal people, a little is fine but too much is gross.
