um this is wierd

I have nothing wrong with my eyes, no head aches or anything but i quite regularly close both eyes tight and and sometime do a wierd thing where i do it once and look at the clock and then do it again and look at the tv or another thing.

Does anyone know what this is or do they do it?

I dont really understand? like you close your eyes the look at an object i dont do this its probably not a weird thing.

No, sometimes i just randomley close my eyes tightly but recently i have also started to do it but look at objects as a sorta idk, game like thing? :\
