Religion is a very sensitive matter to discuss, and regardlessly they value sexual purity on an extremely high level. Which includes but not limited to masturbation as well.

Hence regardless any forms of sexual act is not encouraged by religion except after marriage.
They frown plenty upon homosexuality and bisexuality.
Personally, I feel this prejudice upon this is totally uncalled for.

To answer your question, in their context anal and oral is strictly no no.
Hence yes it counted as sodomy.

Yep it counts and if it's gay sex then it's worse as Christians are against homosexuals and bisexuals

then it goes to a whole other "sin" and would still be premarital sex. man shouldnt lie with man or woman with woman, since they do and cant marry, its still "sin" in the christian world. in the end though, it comes to down to your conviction. some say christians shouldnt even masturbate.

Any form of penetration would count as losing your virginity, anal or vaginal. Oral doesn't count.

No they don't go ask your religion teacher only vaginal sex counts. The other ways are forms of masturbation.

Yeah it does. I'm Christian too. No sex before marriage. I have had my first kiss (with a girl of course) but that's no where near intercourse. Hope this helped! :)

Michael.95 is correct having oral sex doesn't mean you lost your virginity. Engaging in vaginal/anal sex for the first time constitutes as loosing your virginity-BigG

god says no sex... and most people say ohhh a bj isnt sex... my youth pastor pointed something out that really opened my eyes. If you get a bj, then its like your just slapping god in the face and saying haha i didnt break your "rule" or "cross your line" but i stepped up to the edge of it

i once heard a pastor say, if it causes sexual arousal it's a sexual act and therefore prohibited by God. he wasn't talking about random boners, but about acts that cause arousal. like watching porn, kissing/making out, touching, anal, oral, and anything else you can think of. now, that's just one pastors opinion, or maybe several, i have no idea, but you get the point.

It is true that premarital sex is a sin, so a man lying with a man, and a women lying with a woman (having sex), is wrong. The interesting thing is that masturbation is not mentioned in the Bible, and I am absolutely sure God would give us this normal function and ability, and then condemn us for masturbating. It is also mentioned that you are not supposed to see anyone naked, unless it is a parent and their young children. Another myth is that homosexuality is the worse sin out there, but that is false. There is no level of sins, so whether you stole, lied, had premarital sex, or murdered someone, in God's eyes they are all the same!

This is incorrect. It is not directly mentioned, however, the story of Onan has been described as the prohibition of the act of masturbation. Also, the second part of your post has some level of truth, but not completely. There are some sins, or Mitzvot (good deeds) that are ranked higher than others.

P.S. I am Jewish and believe that both anal and oral count as this.

sex before marriage would be counted as sins against the body, which are "worse" then other sins. also, the ultimate sin, that outweighs them all, is blasphemy of the holy spirit.

*putting aside my disgust of organized religion* I think as far your religious beliefs go. That's still sexual actions.. Just not Vaginal. My advice reevaluate your feelings about that part of your religion. I know some "Eclectic" Christians.

Not to start a religious fight here, but I remember hearing someone who knows quite a bit about this saying it was not the fact that he "spilled his semen," but he plainly disobeyed one of the rules God had given to the Israelites, which has to do something with in the event that a brother of your were to die after getting married, you had to have a child with his wife to raise up the offspring of your brother. So it was the disobedience of a law, not the act that got him killed.

Yes they both are. Personally I am a christian but I think that a proper time to have sex Is when your ready. It doesnt matter what the church says its your life, but if your strong about religion then do what is comfortable.

This is correct, but the what masturbation is derived from this story by Orthodox and Conservative Jews, so...

now everything to the church is sex, ugh, masturbating, anal, oral, etc. but to me, actual sex is anal sex.
