Ok so my girlfriend got me hooked on this show and just wondering how many other people watch this (on tonight at 10pm on HBO)

Yah alexander is eric in the series (doesnt come in till about 4 episodes in the series) but i agree hes hot lol and my girlfriends like in love with him too lol. It has a bit to much sex in it for me though. like its every episode there is straight up sex

Not at all. TTrue Blood though kinda makes fun of the mythology at times. One part Bill (main vampire) was asked to take a picture with someone at the bar and the person was like oh wait never mind. He was like oh its ok We vampires made that up to protect ourselves from not being noticed as a vampire by appearing in photos and reflections. So its kinda funny they add a few things too. It does have alot of accurate mythology though

Love the show! It does respect the mythology and has fun with it at the same times. the characters are pretty LOL( Eric, Alcide, and Jason for me! ) and yep, it's just vampire porn at times. :P But it is well written and they don't seem to hold back with stuff ( sex, killing, blood and etc.)
