Ok so I'm kinda a soft goth 6' and underweight (about 100-115 is my average range) my hair is about 3 inches long. I had no problems when it was 1'4" long but my judge made me get it cut (apparently they can do that x.x) and i have no clue how to style it with my clothes. I don't wear make-up but i do paint my nails (please no gay comments i am a closet bi and sensitive to it) I wear tripp pants and dark shirts. Any ideas? also I straighten my hair alot but it isnt in that picture

Quite honestly, I think if it just had more shape it'd be perfect. If you like your hair longer, keep it so. However, I suggest thinning it out some and giving it some shape in order to shape your face more. Also, if you are going to let it part that way, I'd suggest parting it more on the side and do a sweeping bangs kind of thing across the forehead.

I'm clearly not an expert, just trying to throw out some ideas. I definitely recommend asking a hair dresser their opinion.
