I can't get a girl for my life

15 years, and i have not been close to getting a girlfriend.I try being myself, but that doesn't work. I talk to girls, and i am alright around them.

I get along with them ,but i suck so bad at getting one. I don't consider myself to be ugly. I don't look or sound like a young child. I am about average in build. So i don't know what is going wrong.

Can you help me at all?

It may be because of what i am into. UFC and Wrestling is not very popular amongst my friends, yet i grew up on wrestling and love mma atm.

well, mma is beast (i love mayhem ;-) ) soooo dnt stop liking it jst bc ppl arent that crazy about it where u are. if you are having issues getting a girl, that means the right girl is sumwhere out there, and possibly not infront of u. so dnt forgett who you are and keep trying. thats all i can really say. sorry :-l

UFC is epic haha and i agree, you shouldnt change who you are just because other people dont like what you like. Be who you are and be confident in yourself, and im sure girls will be happy to go out with you!

Don't worry about it so much, you're only 15 haha People take relationships way too seriously in high school. Relationships aren't the kind of thing you should go out looking for, if it happens it happens.

i love this response. i used to think i HAD to have a girlfriend or else people would make fun of me (which some did for a little bit). i finally got one when i was fifteen and it was nice but it absolutely wasn't worth all the hassle. haven't had one since.

i'm not going to say some crap like "ohh be yourself and you'll find the perfect girl" but i will say don't be desperate and don't be pushy and one more don't be tense loosen up. I looove it when guys ask me out and have a nice confidence and are kinda cocky. Its cute, try it and you will most probably get some good results!

Do you try to ask them out, or are you always waiting for a girl to ask you? You say you talk to girls and everything, but do you yourself try to take it further or always wait for the girl to ask? Because if you're always waiting, girls will get tired of waiting for you to ask them and move on

Nah, i'm not planning on changing. I have long friends that are girls from as far back as i see, but when we meet up (my mates are there too) They hug them, but not me, even though i have know them a lot more, and known them for a long time. Stuff like that makes me think i suck.

I'm not desperate or anything, but i'd like to know why.
