So last night I went to bed leaving my foreskin retracted, and today I woke up, went to the shower and saw that my foreskin is swollen? I immediately google'd it and Paraphimosis is what came to the closest thing I could find, I don't know what to do, is it gonna like... unswollen by itself? I can pull it back down to normal, but its still swollen. I need help

So you can pull it back down? Leave it for a day or two, take some aspirin if it's painful, if it consists, see your doctor :)

Oh and if it still works (pull it up and down) it's not paraphimosis. Paraphimosis is when it gets stuck behind the glans, and you can't pull it up again. If it is paraphimosis, I believe surgery is the only way to fix it?

You should unretract your foreskin and leave it. Swelling should go away then in one day. If it doesn't go to doc. You might have some permanent damage then, that needs medical help

Definitely see a doctor.. you don't want any issues with that part of your body...sooner the better.. If it is something serious he/she can take care of it. Personally, I wouldn't be messing around, permanent damage there...UUGGHHHH

Para.....what?
A quick read up, says its swollen with fluid as it has been left retracted for extended periods of time.
Manual manipulation of the glands to bring it back in if possible, if the swelling is not going away after a day, seek immediate medical attention.
As it may result in further medical complications.

Get well soon.

Try and move it back yourself, maybe in the shower so that it's easier to move. If you can then give it a few days and hope the swelling goes down. If you can't get it back to normal yourself then you should probably go to the doctors as soon as possible.

I guess go see a doctor. How did you keep your foreskin retracted?
