1) No. Everyone has different feeling regarding nudity. If you feel uncomfortable showing your penis to friends or family, don't do it. Some people hate using urinals, because they don't want their penis seen. Some people whip their penis out at urinals, because they don't mind other people seeing it.

As long as it's legal, whatever you do or don't do is fine. Just keep it legal, and you'll be good.


2) Just like arms and legs, every penis is different. Some people take a long time to start puberty, but they end with a really huge penis. Other people start puberty before all their friends, and they may end up with a penis smaller than what their friends have. It may be hereditary, and because you don't have the same parents as he does, that may be part of it.

If you ever meet a girl who thinks foreskin is gross, that's her issue and not yours. If your step parent ("new" father or mother) wants you to be circumcised, the decision should be entirely yours.

No you are not a freak, he may be bigger now then you were at his age but he may have just sprouted early. It's ok to talk about stuff and show stuff, my brother taught me about it too. Just because he's bigger now than you were at his age it doesn't make you small, penis size might have been one of the first things to develop during puberty for him. Every penis grows at a different rate, and since both of you are still in puberty, the growing process is still on it way.

As for weird as you are not circumcised?, Totally not. Circumcision is mandatory in certain cultures, but it is not in some.
Not everyone goes thru circumcision.

There was similar case with our friend. We were 11 and he was 16.
