I got a job at a greenhouse last week and in my schedule I weedeat for 3 hours and in that time I constantly washed myself off but at the end of the day I have what look like huge cuts everywhere I got grass on me but it's flat on the skin. Also I got poison ivy all over me and I get it all the time so I don't mind but this time I got it in my eye and it's almost swollen shut, what should I do?

Your employeers didn't give you goggles or gloves? First rule to working outside: Wear long sleeves and long pants, gloves, goggles, and HATS
For the Poison Ivy, try taking some Benadryl to make the swelling go down. It WILL make you drowsy so don't take it before work. Try splashing very hot water ONTO your eye, it might help make the itching stop for a while. Remember not to touch your eyes then other parts of your body, because it WILL SPREAD. You may want to go see a doctor, because it could spread and get worse.
The "cuts" you have are typical from weed eating. You get them from the grass hitting you at high speeds, and grass can be pretty sharp depending. It might also be from the poison ivy hitting you in strands.

I wore all the above except for the long sleeves because our heat index was 112° lol, I saw my doctor today and he prescribed me some steroid pills and so far they've helped the inflammation, thank you very much Lexi.

Yours too? Our heat is record breaking over here in Texas! But even so, all the workers outside wear thin long sleeves! It keeps you from sun burning as well. Bikers and what not all do.
I'm glad you saw the doctor (:

Well since its already been answered for the most part I'll just give you tips on what to wear. When I worked for a lawn service I got UnderArmor, I'm sure you know what it is so I'll spare the details but basically they have ones that keep you cool for summer and I always wore that. It costs a lot but it's long sleeved thus providing protection and you stay cool.
