Okay so ALOT of my friends and guys at my school smoke weed and other drugs but I absolutely hate the smell of it and I freak whenever I'm around it. Is that weird? My dad even smoked it...

Hmm. Most people like the smell of cannabis. Either way, it doesn't matter too much - if you don't want to be near it or whatever then that's fine. Just remember the smell won't harm you.

Personally, I have never been around weed, let alone smelt it. Otherwise, many people at my school are chronic potheads. They are so irritating!

This, I think you may be thinking of cigarettes. Cannabis smoke smells amazing to everyone I've ever met.

However if you've smelled the actual plant... first you're lying about something because if you hate it, you wouldn't be around just bud. The actual plant can have kind of a skunky smell, but that means it's good shit. I'm sure everyone thought the plant smelled bad at some point, but you get used to it fast and it starts to smell good.

However, from the first time I smelled the smoke, it was amazing.

There's nothing wrong with hating the smell of it, don't sweat. I used to smoke it and I quite. I don't like being around it neither no more
