just curious: what multivitamin(s) do you take?

I took Centrum before, but i switch to MX Women's Multi-vitamins as i discovered it gives more health benefits from stress relief and immune support to anti-aging and disease prevention.

Well i think you need to take Fruits and vegetables if you really want to get vitamins in real form which might be beneficial for you . I do not like to prefer multivitamins due to their side effects .

One a day's mens' pro edge. mainly just as a supplement,, I really don't take anything else.
