Whenever i try to make plans to hang out with my friend, Or maybe plan a sleepover he always cancels on me, Like ALWAYS, And i don't no what to do about it? Im sick of it, I just wanna spend some time with him, Its like his new friends mean more to him then me....

It might be unintentional. Tell him how you feel. That's the best way to see if you're okay with him. He may not realize he's hurting you and he's stuck making commitments with too many people. You might need to have backup friends just like he does. If he cancels, schedule something with someone else. If you cling on to someone they'll pull away. However, if he knows what he's doing then maybe it might be time to terminate a friendship. Just because you've been friends for a long time doesn't mean the friendship will continue for a long time. People change, especially at that age. Don't feel too bad at it. Someone who doesn't appreciate you doesn't deserve to be described as your "best friend".

As has been said, try and diversify who you hang out with as if you hang with the same select people all the time then you gradually grow apart. Just give him some space, and if he still wont hang out, just go round his house, and see if he wants to see a film or something?
