heyy I was wondering what was it like for the yr 10 exams/trails I got the trials at the end of term and I'm heaps behind in my work.

The question is for the ones doing the yr10 exams/trials this year was it hard or if your going to do it are you nerves about getting passes and good marks?

My trial school certificate was our Yearly exam set by the school. The school certificate though was fairly easy from what I remember. I wasn't nervous at all really because a lot of people had told me that it didn't matter that much as I am currently doing year 12. I'm not sure if that mindset is overly beneficial cause I was one mark off a band 6 for both maths and english, I can't help but feel if I did a bit more study I might have gotten those extra marks.

If you are 'heaps' behind on your work try your best to catch up, maybe get some tips on study plans from friends or teachers. Your teachers can be a great resource, don't underestimate how much of a help they can be.

I failed my trials because they are intentionally set harder and ended up getting c's on my SC.

The SC is not hard. At all. Seriously. I got band 5's (...well, band 3's on maths/science, but I fail at them anyway, so :/), and I never studied, I wasn't even at school for half the year. When I was at school, I was either distracted, sleeping, or too depressed to take anything in properly.

Seriously, don't stress about it. If you've done the ELLA/NAPLAN tests in primary school and years 7 and 9, then it is just the same as that, though they make it sound like it is the most important thing. >.> lol

Though, personally, if I were you.... Study. Try to catch up. Even though the SC is easy as, it'd be better to study and get a potentially better mark than not study and get crap.

Also, another thing..... Study database and spreadsheets (Excell) for the computing exam, they have a fair bit of questions about them on there.
