So for a couple days now, I realized after I used the bathroom there would be blood on my toilet paper, but not in the toilet. Is it possible to cut yourself in the anus area? Because I'm kin of worried.
I've started to put more fiber into my diet, and also started to drink a lot more water because I read that it helps.

Well I think it might be a rash that bleeds a little when wiped

I don't think it's anything to worry about, unless of course it's a hell of a lot of blood. It can happen every now and then, just make sure it doesn't get infected. It can bleed if it's stretched more then usual.

Yep, entirely possible and likely nothing to be worried about. The skin around the anus is prone to fissures of sorts, and if they're small, blood wouldn't show up in your stool.

Sounds like an anal fissure, nothing to worry about, its just where you have a slight tear in your anus. It should heal in a couple of weeks.

Sorry I can't help too much on this but like said above its most likely a fissure, that or hemroids, have you been sitting on a hard surface, or for long periods of time lately? My dad is a truck driver meaning he is sitting for long periods of time and he has a cushion to sit on because of hemroids in the past and if bad enough they'll bleed. They aren't anything to stress about but they're uncomfortable and usually go away fairly soon.
