As the only setup you have been seeing would likely be your own, by nature you would spark a curiousity towards others.

Its normal to be curious about other guys, and compare them to your own.
Theres nothing wrong, its ok to take quick glances, but not stare.

And no, it does not make you gay, being homosexual has emotional factors involved as well.
The idea of looking makes someone gay, is stereotypical thinking.
