I was wondering if anyone could tell me where I'm at in puberty. I am 13. My penis is soft:3 and hard:7. I have a good amount of pubic hair and a little pit hair. I have had an ejaculation recently. My voice hasn't changed much and I haven't gotten much taller. My balls have dropped a but too. SO can anyone tell me about where I'm at in puberty?

There is no exact predefine table where you are able to reference your puberty stage,
It varies from one to another.
But in general puberty will reach its peak at 16 slows down but still progress till 18 - 21.
It is more of a guideline rather than a chart to follow.

Some people get taller first, some people get pubes first.
From your description you are somewhat smack about 2/5th ?
Just an estimate dont quote me.
