I think everyone cares how they look. Jocks care if they look muscular enough. Preps care about their hair and "contemporary (they suck at it) clothing. Scene care about hair and clothes.

There's a lot of guys in my class (especially 2 of them) that care so much about their clothes and hair! It's basically just ridiculous, but they're both straight. All guys in my class are as far as I know :P (except me)

I think it's only NORMAL for any guy to care about what they look like to an extent. There might be something wrong with a guy who just doesn't give a damn. I think every guy cares it's just that what looks "good enough" for them , isn't good for an individual or a group of people.

i'm straight, but i always take care of how i look. I get my haircut almost once a week, get my eyebrows done every 2 weeks, and do my normal manscaping every 3 days. A lot of girls i know say that they like guys who are well groomed and look good. To them, it means that the guy cares for his appearance and are willing to go the extra mile to look presentable.

As people have said before, everyone cares about their looks. I myself care a lot. I carefully pick out my clothes and spend 5 minutes styling my hair (It's not that long but long for me :P)
