No, this isn't about lubrication lol.

I didn't know if this should go in this section, but my skin on my face recently got really chapped, so my mom said to put baby oil on it.

It actually made my skin really soft and smooth, and I kept using it for a couple of days, and then last night my brother tells me that if I keep using it then I'm going to get really bad acne.

Is this true?

Sadly I don't know, but it sounds like it might provoke acne (because acne has to do with the oils and your skin), but I'm not sure. But since this thread technically deals with acne, and theres nowhere else to put it, it belongs here.

Its possible, because oil does infact lead to acne. (I should know :P :()

depends on your skin type
but yes hes right in some people it can lead to a nasty break-out

I suggest you use something else, there are actual lotions that don't provoke acne and still give moisture to the skin.
