Problem with skipping a grade

While I was in primary school, I skipped year 5 and went straight to year 6 after finishing 4. This has created a major problem for me. Last year while in grade 6 I started really liking this girl in year 5(she had been in my class the previous 2 years). The only problem is, I left primary school a year before her, and now have no means of contact. I never got her phone number, or even her e-mail. I also can't see her after school because my school doesn't finish in time for me to catch a bus there. I'm quite afraid that one of my old friends before I skipped a grade will start liking her, and then eventually start dating her. Any advice anyone could give would help.

Do you still keep in contact with your old friends? I'm sure they can get you her information, if not I presume there are alternatives, if you know her last name you could probably find it in the phone book, or possibly even on the internet.
