Will the idea of racism always exist among human beings or will it eventually fade away in time?

I think it will always exist, people will always judge and classify...

I don't think it will fade away, there will always be certain people who think they are better than another group unfortunately.

Racism has, does, and probably always will exist.

It's the sad truth.

Racism, possibly. Judging one another on certain characteristics, yes.

I think if anything, it just gets worse. Because we as people find more fault with others now than ever. Cultures are starting to stay very independent from each other and it's rather sad. Human's repeat past mistakes, it's simply unavoidable. Racism, Sexism, you name it, it will always exist among us.

People are supposed to differ from others. That's why we have racism, people think they are superiour because they are different and that's why it will always be there

This.

People will always teach their ignorant ways.People may hide their prejudice better, but it will always be there.Well,at least that is what I think.I think people should get over it.No certain color on your skin is going to make you any better then the color of your eyes.

As many others have said, unfortunately the answer is yes.

Although racism is something that is taught, it isn't something that is likely to go away any time soon. The same can be said for most forms of prejudice, as long as there are individuals around who feel they are superior in some way, prejudice will exist.

Prejudice and biases had always existed throughout the ages. So no, but it can be hidden to an extent.

The concept of public racism will become less common over time, but the concept will be very unlikely to die.

Most people only bandwagon in the racism trend. I still think that most racists don't even have anything against their hated group.

I still think that most racists don't even have anything against their hated group.

This is true, at least in England. I've met a couple who generally accept the fact that all the people from -insert country- are inferior for whatever incongruous reason but still get along with some good people from that race, like this guy who hated Pakistanis and still does even after having met me, but he's pretty good to me.

How you act in front of a person from that ethnic group is heavily reliant on the intensity of your hatred, some people will act normally, some will ignore, and some will openly bash them. The third and second case is a minority here in England.
