you should see some very thin hair if you look carefully. It will take months before hair grow so thick it becomes visible.

everybody's different, mine are very fine barely visible against my skin, but i guess it will get thicker as puberty progresses, so will yours, don't stress

Nothing really, you will get some fine hairs, the months later you will have some darker hair, then finally you will get thick hair.

Yes, you can check it out in mirror or the shower... just glance and you will see it eventually. Patients is the key in puberty and trying to compare to a bud or fried isn't always the best thing to do since we are all different and grow and mature differently. Just take it easy and one day you will go.. WOW!!! Look at that !!!
