I used to be really shy around this girl, and it didnt seem to be working as well as id hope, only on off relationships. Now im really outgoing around her, and its just made everything worse. She isnt having any of it. What should I do?

Perhaps she doesn't like you the way you want her to. Instead of trying so hard why not be yourself? Obviously, you are putting a lot of effort into all of this simply by changing how you act. If there is one thing a girl hates it is a guy who changes his entire personality to try and get with her.

Try being yourself with her and get up the courage to ask her out. The direct approach is usually the best approach. And if she winds up not liking you back? Well, big deal! There are plenty of fish in the sea!
