gaming related pain

so alot of the times when i play xbox i get a pain in my left hand middle finger or 1 of the ones near it any advice on how to make in not hurt should i stop playing for awile

Yes, when you play video games our use the computer too often your hands will begin to stiffen and/or become pained. It may be because of the controller. Xbox 360 controllers are generally large depending on the brand and when they were made. You might want to go buy a new, smaller controller and hope that helps.

Spending less time playing will help your hands.

its because the shape of the controller your finger its hurting its how you position your hands on it stop playing for a while and it should feel better

i just got my xbox and its being hurting since i have played it it happend when i play a mates xbox like a year ago

do you play it like 24/7, if you do well thats proble it, you proble need to take breaks in between hours. hope i helped.
