5 days and my back is hurting still. i used to get pain like this but not as long as 5 days. i saw the doc like 2 yrs ago about the same thing and all he gave me was ibuprofen 600mg. He said the pains were probably just muscular pain. Now these pains are now stronger and i cant take it any longer. Btw the pains are on my lower and someone told me it cud be my kidneys but idk. Help and advice could be really helpful Please.

Well i would not want to suggest anything about what could be wrong with you as i am no doctor :)
But i suggest you go back to the doctors as it may be something serious or it may be nothing to worry about but as i said i am no doctor.
To try and releive the pain do take something like a tablet---pain killer
but also what i have found to work when i get back pain is to get a hot water bottle ( i dont mean a bottle of hot water...hopefully you know what i mean) then sitdown on a comfy chair and put it on your lower back where the pain is this may dull the pain.
Well good luck :)
Hope this helps :)

Get yourself some of those heat pads and make a doctors appointment if the pain gets worse and worse. Usually lower back pain is caused by overusing it. Using the heating pad and staying off it for a few days may help it to recover, take some sort of aspirins and let it rest.

Im no doctor but i have alot of experience with both muscular and spinal pain in my back, the best advice i can give is when it hurt dont overdo the pills, and walk alot.i know that walking is the thing you want the least when it hurts but it helps.escpecialy if its muscular.

When I have back pain I got swimming. I know it sounds crazy but it actually makes the pain go away.
