hello, i am new. i am looking for an online job since i do not have transportation and not near a town. does anyone know of any online ways for a teen to earn money? i found something to do that's temporary and it does not cost anything so i tried it. they take students 13 years old and up. it can be a little boring but i am not doing anything anyway except look for jobs online. i want to be a researcher someday -- or maybe a detective. i have lots of dreams...

Only thing I really know of ways for teens to make money online is to do those paid surveys. You take surveys and they pay you for doing them. You won't get rich doing them but it is money. Try using google for some make money surveys.

I agree with maverick probably the best but to be honest these online surveys tend to alwaty be a scam and can riddle your laptop with viruses

I've been trying to find a job too. There's so much that I need to pay for lately and I have no money haha. I thought about using those survey things, but decided not to becauae I didn't want to get any viruses. Lot of good that did me seeing as my computer is completely shot now.. Ah well. Just keep looking, maybe ask your parents or ask around once school starts up again

Paid surveys do not give you a decent pay. Seriously, if you really got skills, I suggest you use it by doing online jobs and the best places to look for real online jobs are in legitimate outsourcing sites. Jobs like article writing, programming, being a virtual assistant, web designing, etc., are just few of the many jobs being offered in such outsourcing sites.
Though there's a fierce competition here, just be patient and keep looking for jobs. Just bid a reasonable rate on open jobs. When you get hired, be sure to do your best so you'll get good ratings and feedback.

Thanks, Hazel4, for the advice. I tried the link but it wouldn't open. It seemed to be trying to go to something called TimeDoctor. Is that the right link? Thanksagain!
