I really need help before this gets worse :/ About a month ago I decided to loose weight, so I cut down on my food and started to exersize more. I managed to get down to around 300 - 500 calories a day and lost 6 pounds. But then I went on a 4 day school trip, and my friends started to notice, and my best friend started yelling and crying, telling me I was being stupid and I was gonna make myself ill. :/ So I had to eat loads of food infront of her for the rest of the trip, and it started making me feel guilty, so I made myself sick. Despite that I put all the weight a back on :/ Since then I have had some good days where I have eaten less, but there are others days which have become more frequent where I eat loads, and then puke it up :/ I told my boyfriend about it but I regret that now cos he's constantly worrying and he just doesn't understand :/ I try to stop but when I feel full I just feel such a strong need to be sick, and it feels like the only way to make me feel better. I need some advice :/ x

First off, how much do you weigh? If your BMI is under 18.5 then your underweight and its understandable that your friend reacted the way she did. But if your not, then maybe the change was to much, did you ask her why she felt the way she did? Maybe you should...

BUT the answer is not to puke it back up! If your underweight get to a healthy weight. Puking up your food is destroying your body and i dont think you want that. If it helps, write down what you eat each day and try to balance it out so you wont be so uneven in your diet. But dont obsess over it, and if you do get your diet back to even then youll be healthy again.
