Cannot move in game

I'm thinking it has to do with my stupid laptop again. first the lag, now this.

One of my favorite games is Gamma Bros, by pixeljam.com. For several days now, I cannot move at all in the game. I can't shoot or move.

I first thought it was my keyboard. But then I played another game involving the arrow keys, and I was able to move fine

I don't understand why I can't move in one game but I can still move in others. -_-

Try navigating this page usng the arrow keys.
Does that work? If not, then you probably will need to replace the keyboard(if possible) or the entire computer.

I can play fine in any game that involves the keyboard except for that game I mentioned. I don't think it's the keyboard, must be the computer, but why one game?

Is there an update to that game? If so, perhaps you could try that?
Or try it on someone else's computer. If your parents/siblings/friends will let you, that might be a good place to start.
If you use Windows, there is a chance you have a virus. Having only re-joined the Windows community last month, I can't recommend anything right now. There's this really annoying one on my Windows machine called McAfee or something, maybe if you like constant popup messages it might be worth a shot.

no there's no update to the game, I can move just fine on another laptop

if it's a virus, how come I can still move in other games? Why is that particular game affected?

anyways, I'll figure it out. I just won't be able to play this game. I'm totally ticked off, but I'll live lol. Thanks for the help

Could you post a link to the game your trying to play please jess, that way we can get rid of some of the factors like we did when you needed help with your laptop ect :)

EDIT: Make that FIVE games. the newest game I found out I cannot move in is Ratmaze 2 (http://www.pixeljam.com/ratmaze2/)

as far as I'm concerned, it's nothing to do with the games themselves. Has to be my computer. Mostly games that involves moving with the arrow keys it seems

Id suggest that you uninstall adobe flash player, and then re install it.

I agree with AutoPlay, a reinstallation/update for Adobe Flash may fix the issue here; or changing browsers to see if there's any difference.
