Recently i have been having a major issue.
I recently formatted my computer and since i re-installed itunes, it wont let me sync my phone unless i delete all my music and start from scratch.
Do anyone of you guys know how to take a back-up and then afterwards put it back onto the phone. I tried buying the "imTOO platinum" suit but it didnt work.
Please help me VT :)

Now I am anything but an Apple expert. So I may suggest something totally incorrect and impossible.
Perhaps you could borrow your friend's computer? Or maybe your parents' computer?

OK. First itunes is horrible, but I am going to assume:
1. You made a backup of your library prior to formatting your computer and have it available?
If so the restoring process should be pretty easy. Follow the "restoring your itunes library backup link on this page: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1751
Hopefully then you should be able to connect your device and sync normally if not I found this forum that is discussing the "unable to sync" issue (since you didn't provide OS version, etc... this seems to cover MAC/XP and WIN7 https://discussions.apple.com/thread/1526035?start=0&tstart=0
Good luck and let me know how it turns out or PM me

You're only allowed to sync an apple product to one computer/library.
Since i reformatted that "library" disappeared. So once i tried to sync it again, it prompts me to delete everything that i can start all over, as if the device was brand new.

Yes, i can.
The thing i want to do it, get the songs off my phone, so i can sync it, and put them back on.

If Jon's suggestion doesn't work, then I have something else.
It's not the best or most efficient way; it's probably a last resort.
If your PC has a "Line IN" port on the back, you can use that.
Get one of those double-jack cables. They are usually advertised as "MP3 to Car Stereo" cables
Plug one end into the "Line IN" port on the back of your computer.
Plug the other end into your iDevice, using whatever adapters that Apple deems necessary
(Assuming you use Windows) Go to Start>All Programs>Accessories>Entertainment>Sound Recorder
Choose the "Line IN" port as the input device
Start recording, then press play on the iPod for the song you want.
Stop the recording once the song is done
Save it as something meaningful in a place you'll remember.
Repeat
Again, that should only be used as a last resort, there are probably better ways of going about this. Good luck :)
