I've had an emotional week. I can't sleep, my mind is always racing.

Are there any ways for me to fall asleep? Music does not seem to be working for me, I can't concentrate on books. I usually just end up laying there for hours on end with my brain just going at it.

Help me?:(

Sometime when I can't sleep, I close my eyes and repeat over and over to myself " Sleep, Sleep". It's really cheesy but it gets your mind off of other things and just clears you and lets you drift to sleep.

If at all possible, let yourself become more tired before going to bed. A tired brain is less likely to be buzzing.

You can try exhausting yourself so you're body wants rest. Or you can try drinking valerian tea or chamomile tea like an hour before you want to fall asleep. Valerian works better.
