I've been having heart palipations lately, but like every 5 minutes or so for like 3 hours and it feels different from a normal palipation, it feels like a musecle spasm only in my heart, and I feel short of breath
I was wondering if this could be from my recent overdoes on painkillers/sleep aids or is it from barely eating?

Did you go to the hospital when you took an overdose? If not then I would go to A&E as soon as you can, this sounds pretty seriouse.

No I didn't, I just got like violently ill. And I'm assuming that an A&E is like an ER. I've had heart palpitations before from stress/anxiety just not like this.

I'll go if it keeps happening it's been happening less and less so I think it might be from not eating

I have chronic heart paplipations. If I get excited SUDDENLY or move quickly out of no where, do not eat, or get overly anxious, and so on, they begin. They feel aweful, don't they?
If it consists you may want to consider going to see your doctor but normally they are nothing to worry about. If you have only just recently (In the past day) overdosed on these pills then it can be caused by them. It's your heart speeding up and skipping a beat once or twice. This also happens when someone gets "Too high". Your body can't adjust.
I would say it's not a big deal if you had claimed to have had these for years now (As I have, they get worse and better depending on stress levels) but you did not. So, as I said before, head on down to the doctor if they continue and bring even more concern to you. Keep eating and try and stay calm. When they happen remember to sit down because they are quick to make you light headed and dizzy.

The od was about a week ago, and I've have heart palpitations for a while now but not like this. But it barely happened today so I think it's going away

Then you were probably still recovering from the effects of the OD. Your body needed time to recuperate.
