Depression evaluation

Hi guys, this Thursday I will be getting evaluated for depression, and I just want to know what to expect, has anyone ever gone through the same thing? thanks

If its a written test or a person asking questions it will have questions like: Have u ever thought of hurting urself or others? Have u thought of suicide,or ever attempted it? Have u recently lost or gained weight? Have u recently had trouble falling asleep or find urself sleeping more then usual? Have u lost interest in things u once enjoyed? Things like that.

i did a written test for it where they ask questions about how you generally feel & you like rate it on a scale from 1-5 or something.. might be different were you live haha.
but yea i did that and got diagnosed with high depression & high anxiety... easiest way i see it is. do you feel depressed? you know yourself better than any doctor.
