I think they're the ugliest pair of shoes. But my friend, he bought a pair last year and he said they're super comfy. So if you're just looking for comfort really, I say get them.

yeah I know somebody who has them, and he loves them
he's a runner and uses them for running, but also just uses them as shoes
I kinda want a pair too but I'm worried about seeming like a copycat :P

For naturalistic purposes. Walking on your bare feet is supposedly more natural than shoes, since we lived for something like 2 million years sans soles. That being said, they shouldn't be used be running unless you're a Zulu warrior, otherwise you'll fuck up your feet pretty bad.

I know I'm late posting on this one, but after seeing the shoes I felt I needed to stop by and say, "um, no."

I got a pair of the VFF Komodo LS, about two months ago, and I love them. The arch support for your feet is awesome! They feel great and are very comfortable. For me, It didn't take long to get used to having the fabric between my toes.

Also, even though people say they're ugly, they make a statement... I enjoy having something that doesn't fit the norm. It's entertaining to see peoples' reactions and they feel great! And they have a lifetime warranty on them! Awesome, right?

The only negative that i've found: They start to smell after a week or two.
Throw them in the washer, and let them AIR DRY and they are fine.
