okay so i have worked at mcdonalds for about...4-5 months and ive gotten a job offer that pays better and its a job i would like. But i feel that I havent been at mcdonalds long enough to leave. What do you think about this?

It depends on whether there are conditions when McDonald's first hired you. Did McDonald's set a condition for you to work for a certain period of time? Usually, it's six months. If there isn't a condition then take the new job, since you like it.

Most restaurants go threw employees like they're tooth picks or something. Leaving a job any less then a month into it would be wrong. But since you have been there almost 5 months and you have found a better paying job no one would blame you for up and leaving.
