How long tdo you have to stay outside to get the perfect tan?
*note i have a bit of a tan already and my natural skin tone is white but a little darker

It all depends on your skin type and stuff.
I can be outside all day and not change colors at all, while some of my friends burn after 20 minutes. Some people get super dark after only a few hours of being outside.
