When you look at your avatar page, does it look like this:

You are, provided that you still follow all of the VT rules. If you don't follow them, then you will still get banned like any other naughty member.
Some people still do it. Look for Steph(Zephyr) (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/member.php?u=7524), and Ant/Anthony(Maverick) (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/member.php?u=2879). They don't post as often as they did, but you'll see one of their posts every now and then.

You click the scales icon(http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/images/styles/silverblue/buttons/reputation.gif) to the left of the post, in the margin near the bottom. See this:

Rep is given to you based on whether or not somebody agrees with you. Don't worry if you get a lot of negative rep, just post better answers! Besides it's just a number.

I don't get that error. Do you click on my name(for example), then go to "View Blog"?
It works for me.
