Im not a big fan of it people take advantage of it is there a way i can disable it? i dont care for it.

User Cp > Edit Options > Deselct "Show Your Reputation Level"

You know, some people read the FAQ (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/faq.php).
But if you're too lazy to find it yourself, which seems to be the case, you can look here (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/faq.php?faq=vb3_user_profile#faq_vb3_reputation).

Well I did in fact read your silly FAQ thing before i even posted this. But when i did i was unable to find it so decided to make a post about it im so very sorry for asking for help next time ill just punch myself in the face and stare at the FAQ for 2 hours trying to find how to write my blog. I would have just said Thank you if you dident say i was lazy BUT i had to show you that im not lazy by writing you this paragraph. I hope you like it.:D

If it were silly, then it wouldn't have been necessary to agree with it before signing up.

If you feel the issue is done, then click the Report button on your opening post, with the explanation "This issue is done" or something of the like.
If you're feeling lazy, use the following one for the same effect:
