Bumps:( HELP

I have theses small bumps on the under side of my penis and two are very small and the other is bigger. These are in an area where no other bumps are and they are not the bumps that hair come from. They are a mixture of white, my skin color, and red. I had them for over a year now and they haven't gone away. They used to be a bit bigger when I used to try and pick at them to go away. I am really annoyed and I don't want to do anything with girls or they will think it's a STD. I and by the way it can't be a STD because I'm not sexually active. My friends said he has them and he didn't masturbate for a month and they went away but when he masturbated again they came back. Do I hav to not maturbate to make them go awY. How do I make them FTP away? Does any one hav an idea what they r??? Please help and thanks for reading.

Don't worry, as weird as it may seem, they're just pimples. You can get acne on your penis as well. It may look a little different from the acne you get on your face, but its the same thing. The reasons your friends went away after aonth of not masturbating was because the pores weren't being affected as much as they normally would if he did masturbate.
In short, there nothing to worry about.
