Low self esteem :( help

I think this I the place to post this. I have a really low self esteem. I really want to do things with girls like hook up with them (i never hooked up with a girl before) but I can make my self do it. I'm to worried and scared that they will reject. And rejection really does not feel good. It's also simple things too like asking them out or holding hands I just can't do it. Can anyone giv me advice on it?

You can't really force yourself to do something uncomfortable. You will been seen as insincere, and we all know girls hate that. It's okay to be rejected, it's inevitable. You have to be yourself (I know it's really cliche). You just have to keep trying. Good luck.

Im used to be nervous around girls, and it got me nowhere. I started to be all out adventurous, and it has really turned out well for me. I know exactly what your feeling, but just be outgoing. If all else fails, some girld actually like a shy guy. Good luck mate.

None of us can fix your self-esteem, nor can any woman you attempt to go out with. That is something you and only you can do for yourself. Go work on something you can take pride in, and then your esteem problems will go away.

Don't worry i used to be shy myself. Breaking out of it just takes a lot of time and effort, just take baby steps to try and break out of your shell, theres not much else i can say :P

I'll tell you something about myself. I had fairly low self-esteem. I still do to a degree, but let me tell you. Man up, lose the self esteem thing. Just ask the girl! If you wanna hold her hand, hold it! What she gonna do? Pull her hand away? Then she's the weird one. I used to be so nervous around my girl, but now i'll walk up and hug her, and grab her, and tickle her, and everything is fine! She thinks its cute:) "We've hooked up" too, but it wasn't just my doing, we both had to be confident and all that. Its not easy getting naked with someone for the first time lol, but I personally had no problem there. Nothing you haven't seen before. :cool:
