everyone is different when they are going through puberty. If you think you have a problem, you should probably stop it at the source. If you are with a friend and you notice she is wearing a short mini skirt and you keep getting urges to ask her to have sex, just either look at something else or politely ask her if she can lower her skirt because it is making you uncomfortable. Most guys think asking a girl this will offend her, but you wont know until you actually put in the effort and tell the girl this. Just remember that your going through puberty and everything if completely normal. Its just your hormones are increasing and you have to release some sexual tension in whatever way you feel comfortable.
