It can be normal. In your dreams maybe you have more foreplay, more time, more erotic thoughts and images. Maybe you should try going longer in your jerk off sessions and maybe use lube or try something new. A possible explaination would be when you are asleep you are all relaxed, hence forth be it jizz or pee would generally be eaziler or in some cases out of control.
