Not too long ago ( like a month and a bit) I had a lump under my left nipple. It hurt to poke or lean on. It's gone now but my friend says he has one too! What is it?

It COULD be a pimple or blackhead but it could also be something much more serious such as cancer.

If your saying a penny sized lump under the skin, I got those about a year ago it is the building of breast tissue and muscle. It's completely normal this is probably not cancer, almost all teen boys go through it weather they notice it or not.

i had a lump under my left nipple, it was hard and sore to touch, thank god it was nothing. it's probably just a blackhead that didnt break the surface of the skin so that the puss could come out. mine did eventually go away
