Well I will see the shrink today.. Who will prescribe me some meds to help me sleep and make me happy lol.. A bit :P

I just feel that it's all my fault and I hate that feeling, even though I know it's not like that it's there :(

thats good your getting meds they can help alot!
well seeing a shrink may help get rid of that feeling of "its my fault"
