I need a way to get really defined built 8 pack abs and very big pecs within several months. I want to model and plus I don't want to be such a weak guy. I have no access to a gym. Is there a way I can still see results without gym equipment? Protein mixes? Please help.

An 8 pac is a bit ambitious, but I don't think supplementation is your answer. Working out definately helps. Weight training, running, better diet, all contribute to your physique. Do it all :)

Pecs come from weightlifting, if you have no gym you coulddo push ups but push ups only tone and if there is nothing to tone it's kinda pointless. If you want to model get a gym membership

you could be creative with a home workout. using house hold items to aid you. but if you are only looking at doing push-ups, you would have to have someone to put weights on your back or something because you arent even doing your own body weight by doing pushups.

get some weights for christmas, i have arm muscles but am still a lil flabby in the tummy area :P but my arms look really good, :)

buy some cheap dumbells find a mass building program, try and eat more protein. just google 'teen bodybuilding routine' as this wont have steroids involved.
