Ok back when I was 10 me and my brother were playing like crazy outside but now everytime I see him I get pissed off is this a sign of emotional puberty?

It actually can be linked to puberty. A lot of teens get pissed off all thr time from nothing or even just minor annoyances. It wil, pass over time so dont worry to much, just make sure you control yourself to prevent any possible outbursts
