Argh that sounds painful, i'm no expert but i think if u cant get ur fs to retract, if its really painful u should tell an adult, have em take u to the doc, i think there is a medical term for what u have, its not bad or anything so dont worry tho. talk to the rents. i just gathered some info: "The foreskin attaches to the penis below the glans at the "frenulum". The foreskin, if damaged by disease or injury, can form adhesions to the glans, which will need to be treated by a doctor" "your frenulum, which is supposed to attach your foreskin to your glans. It's similar to the frenulum under your tongue, which is there to stop you swallowing your tongue" f it's too short or tight then you can have frenuloplasty to either stretch or remove it.

A good personal hygiene would prevent infection, and of course serious after effects.
But in possibility of a relapse, its better to see a urologist before it happens.
Rather than waiting for it to happen then decide, guess it would be an inch too late.
A saturation of uric acid in the piss may cause crystalization and thus infection.
So thus i suggest plenty of fluids and if it happens do consult a doctor.
Cheers gd luk.
