You can actually. But not naturally. It's something called, "Hormone Suppressors" and are only available with a prescription I think. It's used rarely with trans people.

Umm, yeah there is but you loose a lot more than puberty. Just get your pituitary gland removed. It controls a lot like growth, blood pressure, influences all sexual organs, your metabolism, your temperature, and some other stuff. You would stop puberty but you would need special hormone pills to keep healthy.

A certain type of gigantism is caused by a tumor in this gland causing it to superpower growth by releasing more hormones.
