Back to the question, i suppose its good to let a healthy replenishment of the blood and plasma, perhaps 3 to 4 hours to be safe.
Ensure to hydrate your body well too , to increase to metabolism from food to cell enegry to reproduce as red blood cells.

Yeah, after donating blood, they adivse you to not perform any physical activity. Jacking off is no exception, of course. I wait an hour just to be safe. (I'm pretty sure you can do it sooner though)

i donate blood regularly and found that it barely effects me at all. i can run, jump, jack off, drive perfectly fine right after donating. i think a lot depends on your body and how it reacts to the missing blood. and from my knowledge they never take more than one unit (pint) of blood at a time. even when giving "double red" they only take the red blood cells equivilent of 2 pints, but push the liquid plasma back in along with saline giving the donor a net GAIN in liquids.

it probably has a LOT of different factors, weight, height, metabolism, hydration, overall health, ect. I am no doctor, but i would think you would feel really faint right after. 2 pints is a good amount of blood. some people can auctually go into shock just loosing a pint of blood. i would wait as long as 6 hours before jacking off because it raises your HR and BP, and when there isnt a lot of blood, not enough may get to your head, causing you to feel faint... but like i said, im no doctor, just a big House M.D. fan XD

Im sure you can jack off after donating blood. Your body is always making more. But you do have to rest after donating blood so u might not want to.
