Ok so a friend and i have beem friends for many years and were down stairs and we were talking and one thing lead to another and we were jackin off but not naked under our clothes and now he left and i fell kinda weird did any of u feel wierd when u did this for the first time? before you make any decisions maybe wait to tomorrow and see how you feel. and if it's still weird then maybe doing it with a friend is not for you. not sure you have to tell him unless the subject comes up, he may feel weird too and want to just move on. more important to have a friend in my opinion.

It's very normal to have those feelings. He probably feels just as awkward about it. Like the advice above, I would take a wait-and-see approach to how he feels. if he brings it up, I would talk to him about it and find out what your both comfortable with. If he doesn't bring it up and you feel like that you have to talk to him about, just do it cautiously. Since he's your friend already, you should a good enough rapport to even make a joke about it to break any tension.
